yeh, so today is one of those days. my intake wasnt terrible but man i hate these days. i'm on day 5 of perfect pushup [yayy!] but my diet still seriously blows.
WHATS ON THE MENU:
* breakfast: apple & cinnamon oatmeal [130cal] & a cup of weight to go! tea
* lunch: largeish salad with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, 4 slices of deli ham [70cals], 2 hard boiled eggs, romaine lettuce & 1/2...

okay, so you're probably wondering what happened to days one & two. i ate 'em becuz i r fatass.
