so i'm going to make the rest of this post quick.
*weigh in is every monday.
*i will post a daily food & exercise log [most times i wont post calories unless i feel like looking it up, but being a mother of 2 & going to school & running my own business is time consuming].
WHATS ON THE MENU:
*breakfast: 1c honey nut cheerios, 1 yoplait light yogurt, 1 small tangerine, & 1 cup weight to go! tea [2 packets of stevia sweetner... didnt see that it said 1 packet is equal to 2 tsp until AFTER the fact D:]
*lunch: rather largeish salad - 1.5-2c romaine lettuce, 3/4c grape tomatoes, 1/2c cucumbers, 1/4c craisins, 1.5tbsp dressing [french i think]
*dinner: chicken cordon bleu [267cals according to the recipe], 1/4c[ish?] cornbread stuffing [sry, i ♥ stuffing D:], 3tbsp corn, 1 16oz bottle of diet mixed berry white green tea.
*dessert: 2 funfetti cupcakes.
*snack: 1c weight to go! tea.
*drinks: mainly water, weight to go tea!, & 1 bottle of the green tea stuff... now treating myself to 1c of diet wild cherry pepsi.
overall, a good food day.
EXERCISE OF THE DAY:
*a lap around the apartment complex - quick walk... would've gone longer but it was really chilly & windy & the baby was getting really cold, even bundled up.
*perfect pushup day 1.
